We talk about trusting God with our families, our careers, our health, our decisions, and our futures—but what about our finances?
This fall, Christian Education is excited to launch Financial Discipleship at Calvert County Baptist Church!
This isn’t just a class about budgets. It’s an opportunity to examine our relationship with money through the lens of faith, stewardship, obedience, and purpose. Luke 16:10 reminds us, “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.”
We’re offering two cohorts, so choose the one that works best for your schedule:
Thursday Evening Cohort
Thursdays | 7:30–9:00 PM
Beginning September 17, 2026
Facilitated by Brother Kelali Dogbe
REGISTER FOR THE THURSDAY COHORT
Sunday Morning Cohort
Sundays | 9:00–10:15 AM
Beginning September 13, 2026
Facilitated by Sister Inez Capone
REGISTER FOR THE SUNDAY COHORT
Together, we’ll use Michelle Singletary’s The 21-Day Financial Fast and Tommy Brown’s The 7 Money Types to help us connect biblical principles with the everyday decisions we make about money.
And listen—you do not have to have your finances “together” to take this class. That’s the point!
Come ready to learn. Come ready to be challenged. Come ready to have some real conversations about money, habits, stewardship, and what it looks like to honor God with what He has placed in our hands.
Registration is open NOW, so don’t wait. Pick your cohort and get signed up!
Because discipleship isn’t limited to what happens on Sunday morning. Discipleship is a way of life at CCBC—and God wants to be Lord over all of it.
United as One to Engage, Equip, and Empower Disciples.
